  • Recognizing patterns like checking, reassurance-seeking, emotional monitoring, comparison, catastrophizing, and compulsive doubt

  • Using grounded CBT-informed tools to reduce spiralling and stop treating every anxious thought like an emergency

  • Understanding how fear, shutdown, panic, urgency, and emotional numbness can shape the way the relationship feels

  • Looking at the different fears, protective patterns, and parts of ourselves underneath the anxiety without forcing immediate certainty or decisions

  • Helping you slow things down enough to hear yourself more clearly and make decisions from a steadier place

It is not about convincing you to stay in a relationship that is wrong for you

It is not about endlessly chasing reassurance or trying to force certainty

It is not about ignoring real relationship problems

And it is not about making major decisions from a place of panic, fear, guilt, or emotional urgency

The goal is to help you understand what is happening clearly enough that you can respond instead of react

What to expect during a session

Sessions are conversational, practical, and grounded

We may explore:

  • your current relationship dynamic

  • the thought loops keeping you stuck

  • your attachment style

  • emotional triggers and nervous system responses

  • conflicting feelings or inner tension

  • inner protective parts

  • practical tools for slowing the cycle down

  • next steps toward greater clarity

You don’t need to prepare perfectly before booking. You also do not need to have your relationship fully figured out before reaching out.

Online Sessions

Sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Many clients find virtual sessions easier when discussing relationship anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotionally vulnerable topics.

All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
